We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Pilates Reformer Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Pilates, skilled in teaching various reformer techniques, and committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. This role involves conducting private and group reformer classes, providing individualized instruction, and maintaining a positive and energetic studio environment.
- Lead group and private Pilates Reformer classes for clients of all levels.
- Develop personalized reformer workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on instruction and adjustments to ensure proper form and technique.
- Monitor and track client progress, offering encouragement and modifications as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in studio events, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.
- Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (comprehensive certification preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
